There are the worst!! Bad customer service. I feel that they didn’t wanna take care of us at all the worst t-mobile i have ever been. Me andy girlfriend were going to buy iphone 8 plus from t mobile, but we end up changing both our plan to verizon .

The best store in the area by far. Best employees, everyone love to help and personalize the need of customer. Tysons Tmobile Rocks!!!!

The employee photocopied my id without permission and got rude when I said I didn't want them to run a credit check. The manager was condescending and dismissed both points when I asked to talk to him. There are stores everywhere so I will pick a different one.

Horrible service. The guy Micheal so sweet on your face and then became sneaky behind our back. He said i will email your recipt. He said screen protector and cover comes with it.  Not saying anything about its a package or that it will be added to our monthly bill. On top of that we paid him 20 cash for the charger and he put the charger and added to our monthly bill. And put that 20 in his pocket. I would never ever go there again. Beware of any business you do with this store because they know how to take your money. I will be going back and throwing the phone on their face and going to a different carrier. Absolutely un train staff!
