Great customer service show and then be aware they charge hidden fees (mobile insurance premium) for $8.99 a month even if you decline because you don't check your paperless bills. Scam scam scam written all over this store. I was being charged $8.99 for at least 17 months before I found out for something I never knew I have or ever was going to use.

Came in during the week and had immediate service.  Need taken care of and back out in less than 10 minutes.

Horrible customer service. Every time I come here I have to wait over an hour to get service. If they ever tell you that the wait is 20-25 minutes, RUN don't walk out of the store.

Staff doesn't know the terms and conditions  of their products. The note 7 debacle was a nightmare. During the exchange because of the defect they refused to give a case with the new phone. My note 7 had a case and screen protector, the phone was defective (not my problem) so when they exchanged the phone they make you buy a new case and protector for the phone you will have for 2 months. If you don't purchase it and break your phone you're liable. Ridiculous in my opinion.  Because of a factory defect, I was forced to pay $40 for a case for a phone that I will have for 2 months. Staff us polite, but because of this I won't be coming back.

I came to this store to activate my account and got myself registered in the queue... It's been more than an hour and queue says am next customer to get help... In this one hour there were 2 representatives who were helping the same customer and God knows what was his problem... Requested both of them twice to split and start helping other customers in queue but they were totally non responsive to me... And when my turn came I got to know that the customer service agent to whom I spoke before coming to this store had given me the wrong information... Overall a pathetic experience with AT&T
