Our house was flooded during Harvey and we have dehumidifiers to dry it out; however, moisture continued.  Our general contractor recommended we change the thermostat to heat during the day and to cool at night.  We called ARS and Miguel Salazar responded.  Miguel said we could only accomplish this by our visiting our house twice a day and manually changing the thermostat and he suggested we buy a wifi thermostat that we could control remotely.  He looked up the information for us and waited while we drove to make the purchase, and then he installed and walked us through the process.  This was late in the evening and I know he had had a long day; however, he was so patient and helpful that he relieved the stress we were under.  We are grateful for his knowledge and efficiency and will definitely ask for Miguel Salazar by name the next time we need to call for help from ARS.

Ramon and Kevin arrived promptly at 9 am and they worked solid all day to replace my furnace unit and condenser unit.  they were in and out of the house and very quite.  Very self-sufficient and in the end showed me everything that needed to be looked at and demonstrated.  For the large sum of money a new system costs, they made it not feel so bad!

Five star for assistance in our assessment and quote on replacing A/C system.  Opal was an absolute pleasure to have over and give us a quote.  She was very detailed in her assessment of the equipment and what we could do to maximize our comfort.  Professional, thorough, and considerate.  I will definitely be requesting her specifically next time I need assistance from Rescue Rooter.  We ultimately did not commit to work as it was not a dire need at this time.

I like to write a review when the technician is courteous, efficient and accurate.  Josh Gorelick arrived on time, analyzed our drainage problems quickly and correctly, fixed the issue and made sure the sink and stopper were reattached correctly after checking for correct drainage.  He also made very sure that the work area was kept clean and dry.  Great technician and great job!

I had a very good experience with plumbing technician James Guarino, who performed an excellent replace work at home, he is very knowledgeable about his job, and was very cooperative and proactive.
