I needed a temp/pressure valve changing on the hot water tank but they would not quote it over the phone so I had the plumber come over.He looks at the job and says he'll give me a quote. I asked him if he could do the the valve on the other  tank as well and he agreed, wrote up the quote and let me have it. And boy did he let me have it to the tune of  $807.36! Are you kidding me? I decided not to pay and gave him the $70 call out fee. I did the job myself and had them both done in under an hour for $30,
the cost of the valves. At  $800 / hour I am in the wrong business along with a lot of doctors, lawyers, airline pilots and anyone else who spent four years getting a degree.

Pickett Plumbing just completed a re-pipe of our home - our house is almost  100 years old and the re-pipe was complicated. Brent, Mark and Preston took the time to think through all the plumbing issues before starting the work; their work was very professional - clean and careful. It's clear this company values "doing it right" and trains their plumbers to give the highest standard of service with exceptional courtesy. I call Pickett "the thinking plumbers" - we are pleased with our re-pipe and will continue to use Pickett in the future!

Greg is professional, knowledgeable and polite. Excellent job installing a new water heater in a difficult location in our attic. Highly recommend!

Brent showed up on time, assessed the situation and showed me the photos to confirm what he was saying.  The price for coming out was as stated and he did a great job.  He covered his shoes with footies so as not to get dirt on the floor, was polite, knowledgeable and Professional.

They didn’t fixed the problem that I had with my plumbing issue yet they still charged me $476 for it and now I have to go find someone else that know how to fix it. I hope you’re happy with the money that you ripped off from hard working people. To everyone else, stay away from this company if you want to save times and money.
