I am very demanding about the quality I expect from the folks I hire to do things. This was my first experience with Village and I can tell you that it won't be my last. They communicated well, the knowledge of the tech was outstanding, he answered my questions honestly and directly, was patient with my rambling, and made great suggestions without coming on as trying to sell me something. In this day and age, finding A plus players in the service industry is getting harder and harder but rest assured that Village is one of them.

We had a drip from the overflow drain on our A/C and wanted to have the line cleared. Contacted Village Plumbing. They did not arrive when scheduled.  That was disappointing, but things happen. Then Hurricane Harvey came, and it is understandable that their service wound up being delayed for nearly a week. When they came, they cut and snaked a line for the tub in our guest bathroom. That night we had guests--two granddaughters. We were going to give them baths, and lo and behold the drain flange on the tub that they snaked was broken off. Completely. It wasn't broken before. The tub held emergency water without any leak all the way through the hurricane, but 1) they didn't bother mentioning that they broke it, and 2) said that if they come to inspect their damage, they would charge us. Stay away from these people. Don't let Abraham in your door.

Epilogue: It only got worse.  After calling the office, Village agreed to come out and inspect the broken drain flange without charging a dispatch fee.  But they did not show up.  And they did not call.  And they have done nothing.  Stay away from these people.

Brian W. performed my annual air conditioning and heating inspection on 9/19/2017. He was very courteous, professional, and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. He also changed air conditioning filters . He also pointed out impotant and recommended surge protection and spill switch devices that were needed. I decided to install them and he did that quickly and efficiently.  He also signed me up for the next year's contract services for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing at no extra cost due to the other work that was done.. He was extremely thorough and did a great job. Village Plumbing is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, professional, and customer oriented employee.

Had a Sunday evening A/C emergency and received a prompt response.  The service tech, Chris Broussard was superior.  From phone call to finish, 4 hours was excellent.  Village Plumbing and Air is our new go to service!

This was a great experience!  Geoff with Village Plumbers arrived when he said he would, checked all of my equipment, explained things in detail and got the job done in a timely manner.  I couldn't be happier.
