The people giving them favorable reviews must be family. They don't return phone calls, don't come or call when they say they will. Go somewhere else as these people are terrible.

They didn't show up, and couldn't be bothered to call to say they couldn't make it. Called them in the morning, they said they'd be out late afternoon. Got my phone number, said they would call before coming. Didn't hear back. Knowing their office closed at 5pm, I called them to ask when they'd be out. They seemed very confused, put me on hold a long time, then asked if they could come out in the morning. I prefer vendors that show their customers a little respect or common courtesy. I've used Cardinal before, but won't inconvenience them again by asking them to do some work.

Excellent, knowledgeable, and customer friendly staff and technicians. I had a water leak from upstairs and I called out Cardinal Plumbing for emergency assistance. Terry sent a crew of technicians in 20 minutes and they fixed the problem in about one hour. The time I called and had the problem fixed was less than one and half hour. Their quick response could limit the leakage damages to the walls and ceiling. I name it amazing service with fair pricing. Many thanks.

These guys are amazing! When ever there is a problem that needs immediate plumbing attention, we call Cardinal Plumbing. They are very knowledgeable and very professional and currently did a great job installing the water heater and repairing my furnace. The plumber took time to speak with us during the job to make sure any concerns or worries were 100% sorted!

The plumbing technicians are always great to me. Whenever I have a problem, I give cardinal a call and they are usually there the same day or the next morning. For the issue I had recently at home, Mike explained what, why, how he fixed out plumbing problem. On top of that Cardinal has the best pricing!
