We had a back up in the entire house that was over flowing to the master restroom. I searched for any company that was willing to come out immediately. I received several calls from Roto Rooter dispatch just updating me on availability. I have to admit i was pretty upset and frustrated having to wait because i couldn't function as a household. After some trying, dispatch was able to have field supervisor Joe come out quickly. He showed up and got right to work! Had my house in order again in less than 45 minutes! Joe was awesome, professional, friendly, and did great work! Couldn't be more satisfied! If I ever had a problem again I would definitely call them back!

Mike came out and fixed my Water Heater with no problem. He also had an gentlemen in training they both where very helpful and worked was great. . Mike fixed it up right away, let me know my costs ahead of time, and tested everything to make sure it was done correctly. They were wonderful! Highly recommend them to other people! Just all around nice men. Thank you!!!!!!

Mike Harris came out when we had our foot to our bathtub come loose and rain the first story. He was training another plumber. Both gentlemen were wonderful! They fixed it up right away, let us know our costs ahead of time, and tested everything to make sure it was done correctly. They were cautious when locating the pipe to cut clear sides so that we can easily repair the drywall. They were wonderful! Highly recommend! Just all around nice men.

Everyone I spoke with from Mary to Raphael to Blake on the service call, were very courteous and accommodating. It was the end of the day Saturday and we determined my most economical option was waiting until Sunday. Everything worked out, the drain was cleared Sunday and I saved a bundle. Also we all got Saturday  evening at home.  ( I hope).

Came home Friday to a pipe leak, waited for tech Friday night, got call they couldn't make it until Saturday morning. Tech/Marty was very informative. He was very professional. Fixed the problem and replaced the pipe.I would choose him again  Price was not in my budget, but what can ya do, you need running water. Anyways I also want to give a  shout out to their water restoration team. Got fans drying out the bathroom wall. They and I are waiting on a working  dehumidifier  Third time's a charm. I appreciated how they worked and showed up on my time so I didn't have to miss work.
