Two gentlemen from Nick's came out to my mother's house today and tried to charge her $389 to change out a kit in a toilet to stop it from running. She told them that was too much and declined, but as they walked out she asked them for a ballpark price to change the main water line that goes to the sewer and their reply was "it's too much". I would not recommend this company if they are going to hire plumbers like this. Last time my mother used this company they had a really good plumber that did excellent work and did not overcharge. I was really disappointed to hear that this is the level of service they provide now.

Started out with a very courteous individual on the phone who answered my call immediately and got me scheduled for next day service. The plumber and his assistant showed up on time and were great. They listened to me describe the issue and then posed a couple things that could be causing my leak. They were very clear in explaining what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and how much it would cost. They identified the source of the leak and were able to fix it on the spot. Lastly, they cleaned up the area and moved things back to where they were before they got there. I would definitely work with Nick's again and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service.

Nick's Plumbing was all booked up but squeezed us in after my gas line was cut. They sent Raul out - he did a thorough evaluation, explained everything in terms I could understand - he didn't use any hard sell tactic, just let his explanation speak for itself. Raul and his crew were punctual, worked every minutes they were here (no one just hung out) and cleaned up after them selves. Any future plumbing needs I have will go to Nick's Plumbing.

We were very pleased with the quick response to Nick's plumbing when we had issues with our water heater. Zach was excellent in explaining the issues, showing us the problems, taking photos, and explained the options and costs. When Zach returned to take care of our water heater, they took great care of our home while loading and unloading equipment, cleaned up the areas, and installation was completed professionally. We highly recommend Nick's Plumbing!

If there were 10 stars I would give Nicks Plumbing a perfect 10! I live in Memorial and have had problems with flooding in my house over the years. In preparation of Horrendous Harvey I contacted the owner Richard Saad explaining my situation. The next day he sent Leo out to examine the possibilities. He was back within the hour and installed a high end pump into my main drain. Leo was knowledgeable, professional and even empathetic. The owner cares about you, your problems and issues and will bend over backwards to help you out. No need to go anywhere for your Plumbing needs... but Nicks Plumbing.
