I went to five different bike shops looking for a helmet. Patrick at Ascent was the only person who took the time and help me understand the importance of helmets,  and how they are made.  Best customer service at any bike shop I walked into, the big bike shops just point and say that's what we have, but not one person at any other shop asked me questions....I.E. What type of riding are you doing, how often ect... Thank you for the education, it's nice to have that personal touch this day and age!

I have been going to Ascent Cycling for about 3 years. I have found Patrick and his team wonderful to work with. The store came highly recommended from a cycling friend and I agree completely I recommend that all of my friends use this bike shop.

I like how I get great service (they fix my bikes), good coaching (they tell me I should stop in and get a repair instead of grinding the chain into a gear),  Local guidance (I have tried many trails here and in the mountains after they have suggested them), encouragement (telling me I should try entering a race: it will be fun, you might meet some cyclist to ride with, one way trail traffic, etc), bike expertise (I purchased a mountain bike from them that has been a wonderful match for me).

I have always been impressed with service, attitude and experience at Ascent Cycling.

Retail professionals.  Owner operated by people who care and are very knowledgeable.  Mountain bike focused with a great selection of clothing and accessories.

Very nice, clean store. I needed a specific part to repair a pedal. I was immediately greeted and they found a box of parts in the repair area. Found a match to what I needed, no charge. Awesome service! Will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

Great shop!  Kind, courteous and honest employees.  I came in saying I have a squeaking bottom bracket and I need a new one.  They told me I likely didn't need a new one but they would check it out.  It would be a couple days as they had lots of others bikes ahead of mine.  I told them I appreciated the honesty of timing as well as pricing.  Upon completion of the job they mentioned a previous maintenance (frame saver for the steel on the road bike) had caused some of the issue with the repair and to make sure the next time that maintenance is performed to assure it is dry prior to installing the BB.  Thanks Ascent!
