I called and made a MTN bike reservation and the staff had me in and out very quickly. When I encountered lots of mud I brought the bike back between rides and they cleaned it up for me. Really a positive great staff. Make you feel cared for.

I've been bringing all of my cycling needs to Criterium for the last six years. Candidly, before this I was a bit intimidated because having previously visited Criterium I recognized the owner and staff were dedicated riders and prejudged them. I’m embarrassed to admit that I undeservedly believed because I’m just an average rider I would be treated with less respect. Wow, I couldn't have been more wrong! The owner, Nick, and the rest of his staff (in particular Ben, the head mechanic) go out of their way to help me when I come in the shop. Simply put, they love cycling and really care about every rider, no matter their ability. Integrity. Knowledge. Service. Criterium is everything you want in a local bike shop.

I recommend this bike shop for great mechanical service.  I've brought my mountain bike in for repairs and tune ups.  Criterium always delivers.  I had them put a new suspension fork on my bike.  They upgraded me to an even better fork at no charge.  That alone was awesome but they also did a great job on the tune up.  My bike has never run better.  I was very surprised when they brought my bike out.  I didn't recognize it.  They cleaned every square inch of that bike and it looked brand new.  The brake adjustment, gears, free-wheel, etc, everything is running great.  Definitely recommend taking your bike here for repairs or a tune up.  Very skilled and knowledgeable techs on hand.

Purchasing my gravel bicycle from Criterium Bicycles was an excellent experience! Nick and his sales staff sized me properly and had me try a few bicycles before I finally purchased my Specialized Diverge Expert. This was a process that took days with lots of phone calls, and the owner Nick and his staff were patient and communicative the entire time. The mechanics did an excellent job putting the bike together and even made the wheels tubeless free of charge! Criterium’s prices are more than fair, and they even give a good discount to one or more of the local race teams. This shop carries excellent bicycles and products, has knowledgeable sales staff who are not the least bit pushy, and has mechanics who know what they are doing. To top it off the shop is located next to a bike trail! Shop at Criterium. You won’t be diasappointed.

Great customer service. First come first service. Great bike selection. Great tyre selection. The bike mechanics have a ton of experience and know what they are talking about.
