Great bike shop. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and they do great wrench work. Generally very well stocked with any supplies you would need as well.

I have been a customer of Pro Cycling for about 5 years and have bought two bikes, and numerous parts and accessories from them. Brian and his staff are very professional and take time to find out your riding style and advise you accordingly. I recently bought a wheelset from them and was very pleased with their advice and service. They do not pressure you to buy or upsell, and are very fair.

Awesome bike shop. I just moved back to Colorado and needed to find the local Yeti shop for some help with my SB45 - I was in luck. Casey - the sales dude was super helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanic helped me with my brakes on the spot and they were all cool with my two year old cruising around the store. Good bike and gear selection too. Nice to find a quality place, having ridden all over the country and Japan, it is tough to do.

Great rental bike, and they spent time to correctly set it up for an awesome few days of riding. Also recommended a great trail that made renting a bike worth it.

I really want to love this shop, great group of guys and close to home. BUT... today was the second time I've walked out with parts in hand, after leaving my bike for service. First time was a fork issue, I totally screwed up my fork, made an appointment, took it in, a couple days later, no call so I check on it, they didn't get to it and didn't know when exactly they would. Went to another local shop, they solved the problem. Recently got a new wheelset, went in to get parts and pieces ordered to make the transition smoother, waited for the parts and made an appointment. Get the call around 11 that they had ordered the wrong spokes, but no worries my old ones would work fine, great!! saves me a bunch of money. Get the call at 330 saying spokes won't work. While picking my bike up, I asked why I was told my spokes worked and then they didn't, he said "it was a PR" thing. How in the hell is that a PR thing. Took it to another local shop, problem solved. Anyway, not sure if you get better attention when you buy the fancy stuff, but be prepared to have smoke blown up your rear in the service department. This place has been a huge waste of my time, especially considering they're only open from 10-6, pretty much have to skip some work to get in there.
