Totally awesome! Very reasonable pricing, excellent service! Not much in terms of extra things for the bikes, gadgets and such, but the repair service is totally excellent and affordable!

Just needed a small part. Got there just before closing time and they were pretty busy. A nice gentleman with a beard stopped what ge was doing and helped me out. He installed the part and didn't act put out when a $50 was the smallest bill I had. He even said that if he had to he would go to another store to get change if needed. It's refreshing to deal with such a nice person. They will get all of my business from now on. Support a small business owner like this over Wal-Mart ANY day!!!

For me, this is the best shop in town:
They carry or get quickly (within 2-3 working days most times) all the parts and pieces I need to keep my bike(s) on the trail or road.  I refer  friends and acquaintances here.
Chris and Chris (still is comical to me!) and staff  support the local cycling community and local area with a Racing team, evening fun rides and local city stuff.
They do not not serve WINE and cheese, they are not the most boutique shop in town, In the midst of the cycling season ( we live in CO. after all) you may have to wait 5 or ten minutes......
They are a approachable, knowledgeable shop.

I'm new to mountain biking and the guys at the hub helped me feel more confident getting out on the trails. I ordered a new bike from the Hub and they were amazing! When I went in to pick up my bike, they went above and beyond to educate me on its features, maintenance, and good trails for newbies. I was very impressed!
