Established in 1976, we are a full service bicycle shop. We carry Cannondale, Giant, Linus, Pivot, and Trek bicycles.

Story

Since its beginning in 1976, Old Town Bike Shop has striven to maintain the highest level of customer service. Our objective is to do everything possible to try to help you have a pleasurable cycling and shopping experience in hopes of winning your respect and long term business.

We carry high quality bicycles in a wide range of types and prices for riders from entry level to experienced cyclists. Our bicycle brands are Trek, Giant, Cannondale, Linus, and Pivot. We also have a large selection of cycling clothing, accessories, nutrition, and tools for sale.

John and his staff provide one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable places to invest in a great bicycle! They have an excellent service department, and they also do fantastic bike assemblies. When it comes to long-term service on your bike, as well as guaranteeing that you are starting with a solid build, Old Town is always a good bet. I had a friend who purchased a bike from a big box store and his crank and pedal fell off while we were on trail. All bike assemblies are not equal. Also, when I smashed one of my mountain bike shifters, John's staff was able to repair the shifters rather than just telling me to buy new ones. They saved me a couple hundred dollars! Great service, a lot of experienced riders and racers, and always serve you with integrity!

Extremely helpful. Had to find some hardware and they got me hooked up. They seem to have a large inventory as well. Kicking myself for not checking them out sooner.

Old Towns staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. Full service, locally oriented bike shop. Solid selection of bikes. Old town worked together with other local shops to get my bike back on the trails.

I walked in on a Saturday to ask about a Cannondale Trail 4('17 or '18) to replace my aging 1993 hardtail. I was curtly told that they didn't carry that model in stock and I would have to special order it in order to just test ride it. Yes, special order BUY a $1000 bike just in order to test ride it. Sorry, but if have to special order it blindly with no test ride, why would I use you as a middle man?? Sorry, I'm getting tired of trying to shop local and finding poor customer service and poor selection. Judging by the ultra high dollar bikes on display, I see I'm not the intended clientele anyhow. Sorry folks, I'm not in the market to buy a $4000-$10,000 bike. I bought my first Cannondale in 1993 at Old Town when they were located on Colorado. I won't be returning. Once again, I'll be going to that "big chain" store. You lost my business.
