The bike repair man, think his name is Stan, went above and beyond to take care of a flat tire on my late wife's Panasonic 27 inch bike. He is extremely knowledgeable and stated he owns about eleven bikes at home. What an enthusiast. It has been a long time since anyone in Colorado Springs has provided service that exceeded my expectations and he did it all with a smile.

Bought a GT Backwoods bike here in June 2016. One of the main reasons I bought it was because there was a 1 year warranty on the bike stating that if you weren't pleased with the bike, you could return it for your money back. The bike gave me so many problems. The pedals broke in the first month, there was a popping sound when I would pedal, broke the derailleur hanger. I rode it pretty hard so it's understandable that things were breaking. I take it back after 6 months of nothing but problems and tell him the issues I've been having. I was expecting a refund since it's only been 6 months and I wasn't pleased with my purchase. The manager of the store tells me they don't do warranties anymore and can't do anything about it! He didn't even offer to fix the bike for a discount. I won't be shopping there anytime soon and I hope this review shows other potential customers that Performance Bike does not care about customer satisfaction or keeping their word. They just want to make a buck.

No one was personable, i was constantly trying to be upsold, all i wanted was tubes for my bike. So one seemed interested in helping, i could have easily put them in myself but spent $40 having them take 20 mln to put in two tubes. Way over priced, horrible service... Better customer service would have helped me to change my mind on leaving a review.

Big thank you to Don who gave a lot of his time, effort and attention to getting our bikes sorted out for our campers. He coordinated the pickup of 5 bikes at 3 different stores and went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of customer service. Thank you Don, for directly helping make our program a success.

I had a great experience with this shop......Purchased a bike for my wife and felt at home with the staff......It is definitely my new go to bike shop........In three years I have visited a half dozen bike shops between Castle Rock and the Springs.......At last I have felt I have found a home......Freindly and knowledgeable staff......Don't forget to ask about the membership.......Thank You Performance Bicycles!!!!!
