Beyond any expectations. Highest quality service department with what can only be described as the most fair labor prices matched with superior knowledge. A true oasis for a fat man with a flat. Helped with any question I had. GREAT SHOP!

Not too long ago got a custom Surly Troll built by Luke, who took the time to walk through every last detail with me over the phone and in person. He also did some research on my behalf to get me the customised bike that I was pining for. My new bike is everything I could have wanted thanks to Luke and this shop! Thankyou.

Highly recommend coming here if you need any help with your bike. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. They were very affordable pricing and not just looking to take your money. They really knew what they were doing

Ted's is the best bike shop in town. People might be thrown off due to the smaller sized shop compared to the corporate stores. Don't let this fool you Tony's staff are a stand up group of guys. I have three bikes from them and they stand behind their product a 100%. They also have no problem in custom builds and repairs. I have had them build my son a amazing Kona Stinky completely custom that would keep it up with any of the new bikes out there. They have also rebuilt and upgraded two of my Trek mountain bikes to become unbelievably awesome bikes. They are always willing to provide useful advice for free and give you pointers on anything you need bike related. These guys are awesome Tony, Luke, and Garrett make this shop a great place to go. If they don't have something they can order it and if it not a good idea they will tell you truth instead of wasting your money.

Rented two road bikes. They could not have been more helpful and professional in ensuring they were set up just right. The bikes were in excellent order and well maintained.  Even better, Ted's had tweaked the standard gearing to make the bikes perfect for hills around Colorado Springs.  Cheers.
