I wanted to drop another note concerning Evans Auto Exchange, I have now bought 3 vehicles from them.   The buying experience there is always good.  The sales staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles and are up front in everything about the vehicle being purchased.  The financing is great.  They use several sources for your financing needs and are willing to work with the bank on all issues concerning your purchasing needs.  I would recommend these people to anyone that is buying a good used automobile.

I had a great experience at Evans Auto Exchange. They had a great selection of trucks and the included warranty added some peace of mind when purchasing a used vehicle. Brian was very patient with me while I looked at and test drove a few trucks. When we went in the finance office, Tom got me financed at the best possible rate and even had a few laughs in the process. Great guys to do business with. I would certainly feel comfortable recommending Evans Auto Exchange to my friends and family. Thanks again y'all.

Great experience at Evans Auto Exchange!  If your in the market for a good used truck, they are by far the best in middle Tennessee. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. They dont rush you as soon as you step on the lot, unlike every other place I went. Brian is a great sales associate. He knew every detail of every vehicle I looked at. I spent two days looking and test driving trucks (they have a great selection), and I never felt hurried or pressured into making a decision. Tom was also great to work with. He has a great relationship with many local banks and credit unions. He was able to get me good rates at a few different banks and helped me make an informed decision on the one to go with. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from them!

I walked in needing a vehicle and I wasn't prepared to buy ( no money for a down payment). Tom and Brian took really good care of me. They weren't pushy. Brian helped me look up stuff online about vehicles. And Tom bent over backwards to get me in my truck. And after the sale, he has stayed in contact with me about better rates and loans.  Didnt expect that kind of customer care at all. I will definitely buy from them again

Great experience overall. Salesmen were not pushy in any way. I found a quality truck at a good price. Will check them out first next time we need another vehicle. Thanks guys, you made the process very smooth!
