Steven was awesome. Ask for him if you stop in! The first guy I talked to didn't seem interested in helping me at all, and think it was because I drove up in a junker and I was looking at a low end car to purchase. He told me to come back the next day, because he already had other appointments. My husband came back with me that night, and Steven was most helpful. We looked around at other vehicles on the lot. City Auto has a lot of great uses cars. Most are high miles, and the price seems above average by $1,000 to $2,000. The cars are clean, and if you don't like shopping around then this would be a good option. Purchasing process was quick and simple, too. No haggling involved. Don't discuss payments until the end though. I would have given a higher rating, but I didn't like feeling so rushed. We left with the car, but a few things were missing that we discovered later. This was mostly our fault though, because we did go in at 7 pm on a Friday 🙄

I have been looking at getting a bigger vehicle for the past year or so and finally decided this past Saturday to go and look. I came to City Auto not expecting to buy anything, but maybe test drive and see what I really fell in love with. I was assisted by Bobby who was very helpful and made sure to answer any questions. We went over a few vehicles I had in mind and then I test drove a Chevrolet Tahoe. Long story short I fell in love with the vehicle, and I ended up purchasing the Tahoe that evening. I was assisted by Richard for the loan part, who was the sweetest thing and made sure to truly take care of me. He explained all the ins and outs and made sure I was aware of what all was happening. I never once felt pressured or just like another sale. The process was fast, efficient, and was an all around great experience. I would definitely recommend these guys at City Auto for anyone in the car market!

The customer service was excellent. Trace was ready when I arrived and showed us various vehicle options within our budget.  He was knowledgeable and took great care to answer our questions.  The finance department was through and made the process easy.  We will return when we purchase our next vehicle.  I highly recommend City Auto

These guys are simply amazing! My first ever car buying experience was phenomenal. My husband, who did have prior (but bad) experiences buying from dealerships was even impressed by our experience at this location. We live in an entirely different county folks!! When my car quit for good my husband decided it would be wiser to finance a newer more reliable vehicle than buying an older vehicle out of pocket. He struggled to find what we wanted online so I decided to browse around myself. (Being a full-time college student I've familiarized myself with how to find things/hidden gems of information on the internet.) I found a vehicle we thought would work listed at this particular location and so the next day we made the hour and twenty minute trek to this dealership.

We took our time inspecting the vehicle and decided it wouldn't work for us. Fortunately the sales individual we worked with, who went by the nickname Kiwi, was not only understanding but also incredibly patient with us. We arrive at the lot around 1:30 pm and we were the last customers to walk out at around 7:15 pm but Kiwi, and his business partner Richard, made sure my husband and I went home with a vehicle we believed would work for me.

In fact, my husband and I were so impressed we decided to return the next day and trade in his older vehicle for a more reliable one.

If you're forced to buy a vehicle because of circumstances, you want to upgrade, or you want to trade in, come to this lot and work with Kiwi and Richard; they're great!

They were very kind and very helpful... Had me in the car I wanted in just a few hours.... The only downfall is maybe the interest is a little high and the car was priced a little high.... But with my credit being not what it should be.... I couldn't ask for more... My honest opinion is that I had an excellent experience at City auto and got a wonderful car that I couldn't be happier with.... Two thumbs up from me!!!! Thank you City Auto!!!!
