I had dealt with Bruce just a couple of years ago. Bought a nice car. When the time came to upgrade, I called Bruce to tell him that I was interested in a few cars I had seen on the lot. Went in to see him, test drove a few cars and pick a very nice 2017 model. Bruce went out of his way to give me a ride home to pick up the old car title. Bruce followed up regarding the purchase and to receive some feedback. I like dealing with Bruce and the dealership because they are quick and to the point. Pricing is competitive; the cars on the lot are always in quality condition. Thanks Bruce for all your assistance and friendly service.

I want to take the time and thank Paul, Ian, and the entire team at BMW of Tucson. Our experience of buying a used BMW from them was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and treated with the utmost respect by everyone. The process was quick and very professional, with Ian and Paul going above and beyond to see that we had an amazing experience! Thank you BMW of Tucson for making this experience memorable, and we will definitely be back to see you guys in the future for another car!

The sales dept was wonderful! Made it relatively painless to buy a great used car. BUT the service dept left a lot to be desired. I had a 9 am scheduled appt and my "advisor" never came to check in with me as promised to discuss the repairs needed. I had to go inquire twice before she was found and came to talk to me. Part of the work was completed and she told me it would be 10 more minutes. (She was aware that I was now late to work due to delays) After another 40 minutes I went and spoke with the service manager. He had my car pulled up in front within 5 minutes. Was it just sitting somewhere as I waited?? I was reassured by my "advisor" I would receive a call later that same day to schedule a return visit for a switch that needed to be ordered. It is now a full week later and no call. So disappointed in the service dept.

I worked with Tony to lease my first BMW, the experience was good during the initial visit which you will find in any dealership. Months after the deal I had a bill from my old lease for >$2000 I called Tony, there was nothing on paper but they honored their word and cut me a check for the whole amount. Customer service is great before and after the sale, if you are in the market for a BMW I would recommend that you visit them and ask for Tony :)

Firstly I bought my I320 xdrive exactly a week short of a year today. It was purchased directly from Munich. It took Tucson BMW 3 months and 3 separate visits to fix my BMW Assist and SOS. I kept getting the runaround, wrong information and ultimately each time I picked up my car they said they could fix it without me being present. Each time it did not get fixed. It took multiple calls to corporate for BMW Tucson to finally fix my car. Also after 2 months my parking assist started malfunctioning. They stated it was because a rock must’ve hit and it wasn’t covered by warranty. Apparently BMW makes cheap items that can’t withstand normal road activity just so you’ll have to replace it after 2 months of ownership for over $500, for one single sensor. Absolutely ridiculous and this particular BMW dealership is equally ridiculous. Avoid if you can.
