Yesterday, I bought an in excellent condition used Ford Flex from Volvo of Tucson. I had been dreaming of owning a Flex for a long time, and knew they were good cars. So, I looked online and saw that Volvo of Tucson had one for sale. I drove down to the dealership to check it out and the Flex was beautiful. Branden was an excellent salesman, friendly and had all the answers to my questions. Everything from meeting Branden the Salesman , Mo in finance, and lastly to driving off the lot in my new car was simple and easy. They made me feel at home. I have never had a car buying experience like before. 

Volvo of Tucson has a great and hard working staff that is ready to help you get into the car of your dreams. It was a headache free process and I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work guys!

It can be quite nerve racking when dealing with looking for a new car but Branden made us feel comfortable and was very patient with us.  He gave us our time to think things over & we really appreciate that. He'll defiantly go the extra mile when working with you. He reached right away when he found out the car we were interested in was still available.  
When visiting Volvo of Tucson, ask for Branden! You won't regret it.

We bought a 2016 Volvo S60 Inscription edition from this dealership yesterday and could not be more pleased at how the whole day played out. Our salesman Rob was fantastic. They cut $7000 off the price and even allowed me to drive the car across town to show my wife. We got some great incentives in the deal as well. The staff was very friendly, I felt absolutely no pressure to buy or add anything I didn't need.  I highly recommend Volvo of Tucson and will definitely be buying from them in the future.

I came into the dealership prepared to see the car I was interested in.  I met Dylan at the entrance and from then on he was very friendly and helpful.  Neither Dylan nor Tony were pushy and they were straightforward with information and ready to accommodate my needs.  Mo knows his financial information and easily got me through the application process.  All in all I had a five star experience at Volvo of Tucson!  Ask for Dylan... you will be glad you did!

Everything was absolutely exceptional about my experience.  From the moment I walked onto the dealership lot, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.  My salesman (Rob Waterman), was responsive, helpful, professional and incredibly efficient.  He made the process enjoyable and informative at the same time.  Additionally, my interactions with Mohammed Hindash in the finance department were also fantastic.  He too contributed to my experience being enjoyable and easy.  These gentleman and this dealership are the embodiment of the stellar Volvo brand and display their pride while doing business.  Due to my experience with this dealership and the Volvo brand, I will most certainly refer my friends and family and will without question, be a returning customer myself.  I feel very fortunate to be a Volvo owner and to have done business with this dealership.  -Sara Perotti
