Kevin Foley was remarkable. He let me describe exactly what I wanted in a 2018 Tundra and he was able to quickly find it and at a most generous price. He is a professional that is not the typical pressure-creating, got-to- close- the- deal- now type of person. I highly recommend him

12/15/17: I called Auto Nation Leesburg to get a quote on a Toyota Prius 2 Gray 2017 model. I got a really good price at another dealership but didn’t feel listened to or comfortable with the sales staff. 

Kevin Foley, called me back and the first thing he did was listen to what I wanted. I knew the exact make, model, features, and price I wanted it at. He did not sell me anything I didn’t need. He reassured me that car buying doesn’t have to be stressful and worked with me every step of the way. He matched the out of the door price the other dealership had offered. Found the exact car in the inventory and even ran a mile in the snow to pick it up off the truck to make sure no one else could buy it. I came in the same day, he and his manager expedited the process as much as they could, took the time to listen to concerns, answered my questions, no matter how simple they were, and let me know every step in the process. Kevin even took the time to show me all the features of my vehicle and he was honest when he didn’t know. He even did research on the questions he couldn’t answer and looked up videos for reference. Every step of the process through financing and driving away was easy and honest. I cannot recommend Kevin and Auto-nation enough to my friends and family.

I had a great experience from Kevin Foley.  He was friendly, no sales pressure at all.  Provided additional customer service after sale was completed.  I will go back to him on future car needs.

This has been the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and I say that being 70 years old. 

Unexpectedly I had to buy a car. The weather had broken my perfectly good 2003 Prius with 184,000 miles on it. Luckily, I was telephoned by Kevin Foley at 8:30 in the morning.  Kevin was following up my telephone inquiry from 530 in the morning about a car or two that I had seen on their website.  Kevin met me at the door exactly on time and we sat down to discuss my needs. He immediately picked up on me as a person and met my needs by immediately taking my wife  and I for a test drive.  On the drive we bonded with similar experiences, and at no time did he ever push, coerce or make me feel uncomfortable. Quite the opposite in fact. He knows how to pick up on people‘s needs, meet them for their best outcome. 

 Kevin made  good business for me, for him and for the whole dealership.  I am 70 years old and this has been by far the best car purchasing experience I and my wife ever had. 

 It is noticeable that Kevin has a great attention to detail, process, and a delightful ability to relate to other members of the  processing  team.  That team included Bayan  in finance and was assisted by the extremely good nature of Justin in service. 

 Altogether, we had a lot of laughs over the couple of hours it took to grind through all the processes, but Kevin, typical of his reputation,  delicately plied us with caramels from his stash In his drawer. Don’t miss the chance dealing with Kevin Foley.

Gene Winfree is a great auto sales rep.  He treated me and my wife with respect, and he was professional and friendly.  Gene and Mike made our 4Runner purchase a pleasant experience.  This is our second vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Leesburg, and we will be back.
