Brendan Pinto of Rolls-Royce Sterling is a delight to deal with. Although we have yet to buy a car from Brendan Pinto or Rolls-Royce of Sterling, Brendan has always been a complete gentleman when dealing with us. He makes us feel welcome and important when we are with him, as if we are the only clients he has. Brendan is very respectful of our time. We have been looking for the ”right” Rolls Royce for us for the past two years. It is a serious purchase for us and we are taking our time learning everything we can about the cars and deciding on the specific model. Brendan has been very informative throughout this time and very patient. His knowledge of the Rolls Royce and the dealership is superior. We have been to other dealerships and spoken with others in person and on the telephone and have not been impressed with their demeanor nor customer service. There is never any pressure from Brendan to make a purchase, and we appreciate that. We have bought many cars over the years and dealt with many sales people. None have compared to Brendan Pinto of Rolls-Royce Sterling. When we do buy a Rolls Royce, it will be from Brendan Pinto and Rolls-Royce Sterling.

Brendan Pinto made buying a car an fun and pleasant endeavor. He is very polite and professional. Even after Brendan had already had sold me my car. He was still in contact and helpful. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure all of his clients/customer are happy. Which is definitely not the norm in the car sales industry.

Rolls-Royce Sterling

I have owned a Rolls Royce Phantom since the current body came out in 2004.  I've had four Rolls Royce Phantom since then and were purchased from various dealerships across the country.  The service I received from BRENDAN PINTO is more then exceptional!!!!  I highly recommend BRENDAN PINTO and ROLL-ROYCE STERLING!!!
