The buying process was fine.  However they did not pay off my old lease which is with BMW and for months they could  not show me proper paperwork.  They will not show me the deal or work with payoffs.  I have called BMW and said it's the dealer that needs to assist me.  They just pass me around and dodge questions instead of just doing the research and payoff my old account.  Will not go back as quick they are quick to sell but not to do any after care.  Better dealers in area my opinion. BBB they have a D- rating.

Contacted them after their reply. Told was going to be researched and helped and as usual no one called or emailed back.   So took them 4 months to reply and no reply again.  Contacting the CFPB to see if they will reply to them since they ignored BBB.

BMW Sterling is a great organization.  But I feel blessed the day Jim Eddy became my service rep.  First, he’s the nicest person you will meet anywhere. Second, he always gives me great advice and service, and gets me the best price possible.  
He only suggested what is needed to keep my car performing at its best.
Hopefully the day is far off, but I will really be heartbroken the day Jim retires.  He makes care for my BMW  Z4 effortless.  He is a great person and service rep, and feel fortunate if you get him for yours.

Sean provided outstanding service. He made the check in actually enjoyable by being personable and creating a fun environment. He gave me a realistic timeframe of when to expect my car and had it detailed for me when it was finished.

Most workers ask prior but he went above and beyond and had it done before it was given back to me. He will be our new service rep. In our opinion, he is the face of the service department.

I purchased my BMW M4 from BMW of Sterling through Jose Zapata.  What an amazing experience I had from start to finish! I have owned 5 M3's in the past and this continued my love for the BMW brand.  Jose was very knowledgeable about the M product line and helped me special order my vehicle.  When it arrived he took the time to review all of the new features and made sure I had a wonderful experience.  I would recommend anyone I know that is looking for a BMW to visit BMW of Sterling.
They have treated me fantastic in the sales department and the service department as well.

Andrew was very good. He went above and beyond what I would consider normal assistance. I was provided with a loaner vehicle. I made a  $900 error interpretating the estimate Andrew provided and was devastated when he brought me the final bill. Big difference between the  $150 I thought I had authorized and the  $1011 I actually requested. Andrew did some MAGIC in the back and saved me around $300. Much appreciation to Andrew! I would definitely ask for him again.  Bravo Zulu!
