Ok so normally, I HATE going to car dealerships. I don’t like haggling or the uncomfortable process of it all. HOWEVER, thanks to Dulles Motorcars, I feel differently about purchasing or leasing. They were the MOST attentive and answered absolutely all my questions. I was a little weirded I out at first when they wouldn’t discuss a lower price with me for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler, but after researching other prices elsewhere I quickly understood why- they were already the cheapest! My sales consultant, Georgi was GREAT and the GM was funny and helpful. I really felt comfortable there and the entire process didn’t take as long as I expected! I will be referring everyone to Dulles Motorcars!!!

Long story short, I had a truck that I hated and wanted to trade in. I've been looking at Chargers for a long time and decided now was the time. The dealership gave me more for my trade than my Carmax quote, the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The process was easy on getting a new Charger 392 and I couldn't be more pleased. As long as Dodge treats me well they will have a long term customer. If you go there, ask for Stacie and tell her I sent you.

What a great Dealership and great customer service. David Black was my sales person and he was great to work with. Walked through the lot and looked at many trucks and went over options and trim packages. David was knowledgeable and professional. Ended up getting a fully loaded 2017 Dodge RAM Rebel and I must say it's an awesome truck. All the comfort features and power and new technology. Tommy Omar the GM was also great to work with. And I got a great deal for a great truck. Dulles Motorcars is really one of the most humble dealers in the area, they care about the customers and experience. I will be back there for another vehicle. This was my third purchase from them. Thank you.

I arrived early to my appointment and they took my car right away. I waited in the waiting room where they had WiFi and free hot beverages. Once they found out what needed to be done with my car and that it would take 2 more hours, they offered me a loaner car so I would be able to leave. I was able to leave and run some last minute Christmas errands while they finished my car. They did a great job servicing my car and the customer service was great. There was one employee that was exceptional, I believe her name was Mandy, she was great!

Christie in the Service Department is exceptional. I have had to bring my vehicle in for two minimal services (oil change and recall) in the last week. Each time, she was extremely friendly, informative and was very helpful in accommodating both services to my schedule. Service was quick and painless - both times was in and out in under an hour!
