Ashburn service and tire center is always so reliable! My family and I have been coming here for years. The work they’ve done on my car is great and long-lasting! Their service is wonderful and so speedy! The gentlemen are so friendly and are always there to help you with any and all of your car troubles! I will continue to bring my car here for all of it’s work!

While I had no idea walking in I had stumbled into Gary's shop, I was greeted promptly and helped instantly. I have worked with the guys in Herndon on multiple occassions, but had never ventured over to Ashburn. I must say that I am 100% pleased that I did. I walked in with a major crisis and walked out with huge smile. I owe this satisfactory experience to their tech, Chris. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!

Went to the shop last week because my car was literally dying and getting ready to cut off, along with the check engine light on and everything. I was so excited to have made it to the shop before it stopped on the road. After the diagnostic, the serviceman told me that it had little oil in it and would require an oil change. Ok. He also said that the mechanic would be running more diagnostics to assure that everything was fine. Ok. He also said one of my rims was bent. Curious. I had never felt any road movement to indicate this and I wasn’t sure what that had to do with an oil change. Why would they be inspecting my tires? In any case, I was at the shop for about 3 and 1/2 hours. When I got in the car, I was happy to see that all the check engine lights were off and the car seemed to be running smoothly. As I pulled onto the road, however, that’s where the trouble started. My right front tire was jumping all over the road. It DID not have this issue when I brought it in! I pulled over on the road to look at the tire, and I could see these little ripples along the rim of the tire. Again, this was NOT there before! I feel like the mechanic took a hammer to my rim during the 3 and 1/2 hour “diagnostic” and oil change. If I came in for an oil change, why would the serviceman mention a bent rim? They have great reviews here, but I don’t know what to think when you leave a shop with a new problem on your car that wasn’t there before. MY ADVICE: Don’t go there! I’m going back to my dealer service.

Before buying new tires - You need to stop by the Ashburn  Service & Tire Center for their super deal!!! I recently bought a set of 4 tires for my 2015 Ford Explorer. Today - My Monday morning started off with a flat tire. I drove my truck into the Ashburn  Service & Tire Center at 8:30 a.m. to find out the tire was covered under their super warranty and I was driving out with a new tire by 9:45 a.m.  I have been taking my vehicles to  the Ashburn Service & Tire Center for over 15 years and their customer service, worked performed by their mechanics have been great. I have always been pleased with their work and their honest opinions and professional guidance.
