There is nothing negative I can or would say about this dealership. Anything that anyone else found to be a problem must not have done their own research on whatever car they were hoping to purchase. We had nothing but terrible experiences in Pittsburgh with all of the KIA dealerships we dealt with. We were also looking for a specific color and trim with a particular package for a 2017 Sorento, and Dulles had one. So we contacted Michael and Hussein about the vehicle. They gave us an out the door price over email which was way better than any offer in our area even after hours of haggling with the dealers in our area. We then found out that they had sold the particular one we wanted (only because they hadn't known yet we were interested), and they offered to go three hours south to pick up another exact same vehicle for us...without increasing the price at all. We literally did not haggle over price with these folks one time. They gave us a cost, it was fair and reasonable and absolutely destroyed the competition, we drove four hours to go get the car at Dulles that they were picking up for us again another three hours away (happily I might add), the price they gave us changed ZERO percent from start to finish, they did everything we asked, and I've never been more impressed with the ability to complete a sale, fairly and successfully. KIA USA should be proud to have this dealership in their family, and Dulles Motorcars should consider themselves lucky to have Hussein and Michael as assets. We are now a KIA family, and will more than happily drive down to VA again to buy our next car, and the next one, and so on. Again, I could not be happier with how I was treated and the transparency and fairness that this dealership portrayed. I wish we had just gone to Dulles first!

Simple put, I would be embarrassed if I worked for this company. Even though I am outraged by how we were treated, I will refrain from using any persons name. This is a shorten version of the long story: I have never received such misleading costumer service from anywhere. The salesman we worked with was nice and informative and the car prices are average after everything they misleadingly add on to the price; however, during the final sale the financial rep had no other goal than to make a profit. We were informed of a government program and other policies which would save us money as a new credit builder that just graduated from college working to pay off loans. When we came back 6 months later to refinance, as they instructed us to, they ignored our calls, emails, and even the manager ignored our direct complaints. After two months we finally competed paperwork to refinance and again all our attempts to contact them have been ignored, as well as managers promising us that the issue would be resolved. Still, not a single person has contacted us. During our conversation with them, the financial department that gave us a pamphlet describing the NASA loan program (I have looked up, it exists) acts as though they have no clue what the program is and the manager tried to talk us out of it because the money saved ($2000 over the loan, I worked the math) would not be worth the hassle. Also they lost our tags and we were never sent them until after the 1 month temporary tags expired. They also never filed our policy papers for insurances. This took several hours to deal with as the repair people refused to return our car and Dulles told us they would call back after the weekend. This was an outrages proposal that I refused to except. Also the policy was suppose to cover and damages, tires, windshield, electronic malfunctions. We have all this in handwriting from the financial rep. We are now told that none of this is true.

I spoke to one sales rep the same day I inquired about a Subaru WRX. Over the following three days I received 8 emails from two additional salesmen, and had spoken to Josh Z, and had stated I was simply inquiring about the price through my bank's buying service (USAA) and that I would let him know when I came up with a decision. Over the weekend I received 2 calls from Josh while I was at work. On Monday afternoon I received 48 phone calls from Josh. I asked him to stop calling me and hung up on him, to which he immediately called back, and I stated that if he called back again I would report him for harassing me. He then called again and asked "why the F*** would you give your email and phone number if you didn't want to be contacted?" I hung up again and he called me back 3 more times

wonderful experience - Mr Elliott Glover my Sales Representstive - done an excellent job assisting me and providing me GREAT service - I was very happy and satisfied with the service and assistance - not to mention my purchase of an excellent TRUCK!!!!
