I rented a minivan for almost a week's time and my experience was fabulous and Colby helped me with this. I needed a 8 passenger van at the beginning but they couldn't find one and I had to take 7 seater. However later on phone they informed me on phone that they have found one at other location and I can just go there and switch and I did that. Return was quick in easy too, it probably took just 3-4 minutes.

Horrible place to rent a car. I reserved a full size car got there and the white lady decided to help 3 white guys first that came after me and pushed me to another black guy to help me then the guy was giving me a Chevy Impala then she jumped in and said that is a premium car and told the guy to give me a Toyota Corolla which is not a full size car. Then they kept pushing me to get an Equinox to upgrade. The black guy was so scared of the white lady and he just kept quiet. Then the white lady said maybe you can come later we will have more cars. Horrible! Horrible! I suggest for you not to even step there if you are black. I love Avis and budget but only at lovefield airport and not this one. I had to cancel my trip to Houston because of this, they messed up my whole day. I repeat, horrible location to rent a car.

The new operator, Katie, is very kind and does her best to help everyone. This operator is much friendlier and very helpful.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!  I rented a truck that was supposed to be for $47.  The bill on my credit card was $85. When I called them (3 different times), they kept telling me it's a 'glitch in the computer system,' not their fault and that I'll need to call corporate.  I called customer service, told them the story, and after being put on hold, the lady came back on the line and told me that they were going to reimburse me the overage amount.  The dishonest store owner, Susan admitted to customer service that it was their fault, even though they lied three times on three occasions telling me they had no idea how it happened.  I have escalated this up to their district manager, AND SO HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE.  They realize that this is a dishonest outfit and I could tell by their 'rehearsed' excuses that they do this all the time and hope that people don't notice the discrepancy in the final amount charged.  Really unbelievable.
