This place is awesome !  They really care about their travelers. Very gentle and compassionate with the older patients making sure they are secure but nothing is to tight or hurts.   Love the extra safety straps, very secure!
Christa is the only one I have worked with but she is so accommodating and flexible.  She goes way out of her way to help and make sure everything is perfect !!!!  I will defiantly use them going forward.   Awesome service and super dedicated owners.

I give Summit Specialty Transport five stars.  My appointment was easy to book on-line, the staff was very professional, and my transport couldn't have gone more smoothly.  It is actually difficult to obtain transportation home from medical procedures, and I've tried other transport services before with dubious results so I'm so glad to have found Summit!  This is the only transport service I will use going forward.  A+!

Summit Specialty Transport has been wonderful for my residents.  The drivers have excellent interpersonal skills with my residents, and they have very comfortable vehicles complete with blankets and bottled water!  The staff has been more than accommodating and has helped us out in a pinch.  My residents love Tyler the driver, and the customer service from Christa and Robyn have been exceptional.  Highly recommend!!!

This was our first time needing medical transportation.  Christa was wonderful to work with and really helped us feel comfortable with the transport process.  She wound up being our driver and when our plane was significantly delayed she contacted the rehab center for us and picked up a sandwich when she learned they could not provide dinner!

Excellent service! The driver was prompt, courteous,  and compassionate towards the needs of my husband.  I will definitely use again.
