This rental was a last minute decision. I was looking at different rental options and once I came across yours it seemed the best fit.  I chose the vehicle and made my reservation the same day as pickup.  David at this location was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.  He explained and answered all my questions. Pickup and dropoff were a breeze!  This location is somewhat out of my way but definitely will be back in the future.  Thank you for a great car rental experience with outstanding customer service.

I arrived 30min early for the rental pickup. Told to wait while they clean the reserved vehicle. When I returned on the appointed time, suddenly the vehicle originally booked was no longer available. Had to settle for something else. As I walked outside to collect the offered vehicle, there was three of the vehicles I had wanted to rent right there, apparently being cleaned, with water still dripping. I didn't want to go back and question the reservations clerk, time was short, but the curt, close to rude treatment wasn't what I expected from an Avis. I wouldn't call this good service. Especially as the vehicle I was then rented was dirty as hell.

I have used Avis to rent a car before, but the last time Sept 30th, 2017 I was very dissapointed,  the car was poorly cleaned, meaning dry water spots in the windows, the suction cup from the GPS from last renter was still on the windshield, and what bother me the most, the car has a lot of pet hair all over the car... in simple words filthy.

Excellent Customer Service.
Gentlemen that work at this location have always been helpful and when one arrives for pick up of rental, car is ready.  We have been  helped so quickly that we were probably ready to go in 5 minutes.
