I RECENTLY PAID A VISIT TO EL PASO TEXAS AS A TRUCKER AND SINGER SONGWRITER I NEEDED A CAR TO MOVE AROUND TOWN AND HERTZ WAS THERE FOR ME THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE THE CARS WAS CLEAN AND READY TO GO NEED A VEHICLE IN EL PASO TEXAS ON GATEWAY WEST HERTZ WILL PIC YOU UP AND DROP YOU OFF JUST GIVE THEM A CALL MANNY OR GABRIEL WILL ASSIST YOU TO OBTAIN THE VEHICLE YOU  NEED TELL EM EDDIE STORY THE SINGER TRUCKER SENT YA

Great service.  No hassle.   Treated me as their number one priority.  Had a bad experience in another rental company. I greatly recommend Hurtz

Worst hertz in el paso i rent weekly since my car broke down 3 months ago have tried them all and everytime i rent here there's a problem the first time they charged me $300 for a smokingfee when I dont smoke the 2nd time they didn't walk me around the jeep so they didn't see a scratch on the top of it and tried charging me for that 2 luckily I had taken video of it with date and time and was able to dispute it . .EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE THEY TRY AND OVERCHARGE IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER GO TO MONTANA OR PAY EXTRA FOR THE AIRPORT LOCATION SAVE YOURSELF

Horrible awful service/ customer experience. Save yourself time and do not rent from here. They act righteous and offer no help if nothing is available. I reserved a car two weeks in advance and walked in to find out they had no cars. They offered nothing except for me to drive to the other location that was on the opposite of town (30minutes Away). I asked them to called and she said she did, "they didn't answer was her response". Rude and I will never do business with Hertz and who ever they own EVER AGAIN.
