First of all they quoted my wife the lowest price.  Earlier in the week I received a courtesy call to make sure the vehicle I requested was still needed.  The staff was friendly and professional.  And most importantly they took care of me at the end with the price.  Excellent service, I will always go with enterprise, from California to Texas they have always been the best.

Mr. Dalton was courteous and professional in his demeaner. He made sure that my experience was positive and if I had any questions or concerns. Customer services is lacking in many areas for companies, this is one company that it is not.

The rental car bottom panel became loose and could not drive fast enough on the highway. The car alignment was misaligned and pulled to the right.
