The Piney Plains Rd. location has a very small office tucked down and away from the road (so look carefully) but a helpful, pleasant staff member was working when I picked up and dropped off. Sometimes more convenient than picking up a car at RDU. Just be aware that your gas tank may be between 1/2 and 3/4 full when you pick up your car - not required to be a full tank as when getting a car from Enterprise at the airport (according to the employee). When I noticed this only after leaving, I mentioned my displeasure on my return and they made it right. (Because, of course you need to either return the tank full or pay a high price for them to do it). I would definitely rent from this location again.

Although the car was nice, someone had been smoking in it and there were ashes everywhere.  no one had cleaned the car and it stunk.  The representatives at Enterprise were very pleasant and easy to work with which is why I gave them such a high score.

This is my Enterprise Rental location of choice since it's within walking distance of where I live. Hurricane Matthew was in this area when it was time to pick up my rental and it was raining hard. I wondered how the agent would handle the vehicle inspection. There was a covered space directly in front of the Enterprise office and I believe I must have been the only customer that morning. The inspection wasn't a problem since the agent pulled the rental vehicle under the covered area. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. There were no issues at all. It seems Enterprise is now asking for a deposit of $200 instead of $100. Also, the Weekend Special gives the customer 200 miles per day. It used to be 100 per day.

I had a very positive experience in my car rental with Enterprise.  The lady who took my order and the gentleman at the desk who gave me the car were very professional and well mannered.   And, the return was very convenient since I returned the car after their normal closing time - no additional cost.  Car was clean and in good shape, their location at Crossroads was near my home.  I will certainly use them in the future when the need arises.

Recently rented a car from this location and had a GREAT experience! The branch manager Dominique and the area manager Jared were both excellent and proved awesome customer service. They worked with me to find the perfect vehicle and made the entire process very easy. I will 100% be using them for all my rental needs going forward. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!!
