Friendly staff. We have rented several cars from this location and have been happy every time. We had an issue with one of the vehicles we picked up and it was swapped out very quickly.

Had a reservation 2 weeks ago to pick up Saturday morning.  Waiting 30 mins while they cleaned the truck, after waiting 15 mins in the lobby to be helped.  Last weekend go to pick up my "full size SUV" and they have a Traverse instead.  Needed the full size for family of 5 plus luggage for trip.  Up to this point they have been good but the last 2 experiences have been terrible.

Deceptive business practices for sure and I will explain.. Our insurance company is paying for a car per day. Was explained that they did not have the size we needed and was going to give us an up-grade at no charge. Well we did not mind putting a deposit down cause we were told we would get that back... So when we called to get another car cause our second car got hit they told us to keep what we have and we are not getting the deposit back from the last one cause of 16% tax we need to pay when we were told in the beginning there was not going to be a charge.. So now they are charging a total of 130.00 cause of the upgrade that was never to be charged for..  WOW I called back and spoke with Courtney at the Fuquay-Varina NC office she was no help at all !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DID NOT MAKE THIS EASY..

I had a reservation for a mini van and I went in to pick it up and the sales person told me she was going to have it cleaned and bring it around.  After waiting 20 min, still no van and another sales person asks to help. I said I needed my van and he said it was rented to someone else.  They didn’t offer a discount or alternative to meet my space needs.  Reservations are not honored, avoid this location.

After the Lillington location refusing to honor my reservation (they were out of cars and gave no other options besides "sorry"), I got in touch with the Fuquay location and they were able to help me out. Prices were about $70 more, which was a bit disappointing, but service was friendly and the rental car was great!
