I had a great experience at BCAG! Julio took me for a test drive on a used BMW 428ix that was in great shape and he was low pressure and easy going which was really nice. The company manager Paco worked with me during the closing of the vehicle and explained everything clearly and seemed fair and honest. The business manger Nicole was also very patient and helpful when it came time to work out the warranties and finer details. Overall everything went smoothly working with BCAG and I am thrilled with my new car. Thanks guys!!

Great place and customer service. Purchase 2004 Audi TT there. A side story: The car was missing the convertible top cover boot so the Financial   Manager Nicole went out of her way to get the top from previous owner of car in a NJ town. She then had it FED Ex to me at my request. I asked her if she could do this and made phone calls to last owner and got it done. Nice Job.

Wonderful staff, friendly and efficient.  Nicole Hills and Lou in financing and sales associate Roger were very kind to my family and I. They made the car buying experience pleasant and simple. Highly recommend them!

I was generally skeptical about purchasing cars from dealerships, on the strength of the reviews on this site (which were very positive) I decided to call BCAG of Mahwah, and was completely blown away by the professionalism,courtesy and unbelievable level of hospitality that was shown to my sister and I. They worked with me and even kept in contact during the process , I live in the bronx and they are located in Mahwah NJ, but they kept in contact like they were neighbors right next door, NEVER pressuring to buy like most dealerships do , but was patient and understanding when circumstances arose.i highly recommend anyone to purchase there next vehicle at BCAG of Mahwah . I'm truly greatful and appreciative to Anthony and the excellent staff of BCAG of Mahwah and will  encourage anyone with the highest recommendation humanly possible, suggest anyone get the best experience at BCAG of Mahwah when purchasing their next vehicle.

Bergan County Auto Group – the right place to shop for your car! Previously before I visited the BCAG, I’ve had some very frustrating attempts in trying to find a car. There were many problems involving the purchase of the car and my morale was at a low point. I ended up in BCAG and had such a wonderful purchasing experience. This was a very easy, very pleasant experience for me. Anthony, Parco, and the rest staff of the BCAG are all very nice, very polite and extremely helpful. The car was ready for a test drive, the price was reasonable and competitive, the transaction was smooth, and the service they provided was just excellent! It took only a couple of hours to complete the purchase for my 2014 Maxima. I was pleased to find out that there were no hidden fees involved along with no fine print requirements. Five stars, absolutely!
