Let me begin with a name: Ms. Joan Murphy. This woman is AMAZING at her job and i do not believe she is a manager. I just bought a '14 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn from this dealership back in June. This truck decides to have a TIPM issue not even 5 months of ME owning it, a little over 3 years old and approx. 32,000 miles on it. GREAT ! i dealt with Ms. Murphy this whole issue and she is a goddess. She would always call me with the updates and status' with my part (that was not in stock around here according to her) and she even offered me a rental vehicle for my couple weeks of waiting for this part. When it came time for me to finally pick up my repaired vehicle, dealership couldn't find the keys (probably because my ignition still had the key in the ignition when it was towed because the truck locked the key there until a tech fixed the part)! Ms. Murphy PERSONALLY left her desk to go find not only the truck itself but the spare set of keys that was left inside. GOOD THING I BROUGHT MY SET OF KEYS TO RING OFF THE ALARM! Once she heard the alarm she went out to go find the car then a person to drive it over from the lot next door. Such wonderful service from the most sweetest Service Advisor ever! I strongly suggest this dealership for the sole purpose of Joan Murphy!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I saw a lot of good reviews for this location and viewed their inventory online and thought why not? I went in and everything seemed okay. That is where it ended. The price for the Jeep that I wanted was way higher than what was listed. The salesman were very pushy on getting me to still buy the jeep. They weren't interested in anything but making a sale. My mistake was that I already filled out a credit application. I got an alert the next day that I had about 20 new inquiries on my credit! They ran my credit so many times that it dramatically dropped my score. They did that on purpose because I didn't want to purchase the jeep that they wanted to me to buy. I contacted the dealer about this and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. A few weeks later a car loan had appeared on my credit as well. Someone there had used my credit to get a auto loan! I'm pursuing legal action right now. This is uncalled for. If you want to save your time and credit, stay away from this dealer!

Had a very pleasant experience at Ramsey Dodge. My experience with my salesman Romeo was perfect and the price of my new vehicle was very fair. It was an easy process and I see no reason why I wouldn't return here for another purchase once my lease is up. Also wanted to recognize the service department. Had my remote start installed. JIm, my service advisor was friendly, prompt and kept me updated. He gave me a product demo after the install as well. A major plus was the quickness that my appointment was scheduled and the ample access to loaner cars...made the experience that much easier. Super impressed with the service department! Thanks!

Bad dealership. I went in to purchase a Jeep that I saw online. Went in, checked it out, and everything seemed fine. Salesman was a little pushy, but that's how they normally are. I did all the paperwork and put a nice down payment on the vehicle. Everything was okay for a couple of days. That's when the problems started. It started leaking oil and the seams would leak water into the inside of the jeep when it rained. Plus the motor was tapping. Unreal. I brought it back because I wasn't going to keep a vehicle that was messed up like that. They supposedly checked it out and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I told them to take it back and that I wanted my money back so I could go somewhere else. They gave me a song and a dance. Refused to do anything. They sold me a lemon. They will not get away with this! I'm reporting them to the BBB and taking further actions. Stay away from them. Go to a different Jeep dealer.
