Great people, loved this place. I purchased a 2014 Kia Soul from they and Jim had such patience with me. I spent over a month finding the best deal and he was there from the beginning making sure any questions I had were answered and that they were getting me the best deal. I had a massive excel chart with dozens of dealers, I was SO impressed by these guys. I would buy another car in a heartbeat from them! Thank you SO much to Jim and his team, we LOVE our car!

I do not recommend this dealership.  I love my car but dealing with these people was a joke.  I initially came in to see if they would buy my lease and I'd buy a car from them.   The salesman agreed and we went on.  I asked "How much do I need to put down in order to get this price?"  They give me my down payment.  When I became serious with putting down a down payment, then the number magically changed because they "forgot taxes and fees."  I put down a deposit to hold the car until the weekend, said I was not going to purchase it yet.  I get a call the day before I was coming back asking what I'm doing with my lease and when I'll pick it up.  Never said I was buying and we discussed they were buying out my lease.  
 I ended up finding someone to run out my lease anyway, which is why I bought my car from them.

The financial guy, John was rude and unprofessional.  I had questions that he couldn't answer, and when he did give me an answer, another guy would contradict him.  My questions seemed to bother him because he brought up, "You do know it's Friday, I could be home by now."  And then proceeded to complain how I brought cash rather then a certified check.  The only time he was pleasant was when I signed the last line.  

I almost got up and walked out.  I should have to be honest.  No customer should ever feel unappreciated and lied to when trying to buy a car.

I just purchased a 2018 Raptor. The staff was professional with no sales pressure. When I returned to show them a mark in the paint in the roof they fixed it on the spot.  Have used these guys to service my last F-150 and found them to be up front and honest.  Highly Recommended.

We bought a used Edge. The salesperson was honest and straightforward. I hate the lying, conniving way people are at many dealers. This place is different. 
The finance people were forthright and committed, although we did our best to beat the price down. 
They met us partway and made it easier than the other dealers we visited. 
Then I had my Mustang serviced there. Again, competent, honest, no baloney people who do what they say they'll do!
I have 3 Ford dealerships  that are closer than Mahwah but I will go there every time!

Patrick Semper and John Salvatore were my salesman and they were nothing but patient with me while I made the decision between my Ford Focus ST and a Volkswagen. They went above and beyond to help me and answered all of my questions quickly even when they did not have the answer right away. They made me feel very comfortable in my buying decision and the family-owned dealership as a whole had a very warm and inviting environment. From start to finish it was a great experience. Thank you both for all of your help and I will surely be sending anyone I can your direction to receive the same great service.
