Ramsey Subaru provided us with the lowest bid on our beautiful new 2018 Touring edition Forester. Alex, our sales rep made it a hassle free experience and went the extra mile to arrange delivery of our new model, 2018 Forester before my wife's expected due date of our first baby. This was my first time leasing a car (I've purchased before) and everyone I dealt with at Ramsey Subaru was professional, personable and responsive. I initially made the deal over the phone with Alex and I liked that he was very straightforward. He gave me the best price out of all the dealers I contacted and kept his word. No bait and switch. He was straightforward. And then when we went in to close, the process took some time (as is the norm). but what I really liked and appreciated was that Alex kept coming back to me and keeping me updated as to what was going on. He didn't have to do that as the deal was done - we were just waiting on the paperwork. He had a lot of other customers that day (it was a busy Saturday), but we never had to chase him down to ask him what was taking so long - he kept us updated - waiting for the insurance to come through, waiting on confirmation from the bank, etc. Also, the guy that walked us through the car features was thorough and professional. And he took the time to answer our questions about various features. Also, Chris the Finance guy, was thorough, organized and very knowledgeable. He got us to sign our papers quickly while explaining everything very clearly. This was the last leg of our process and it went quickly! Great experience from all points and once my deal is up, I am definitely coming back here for my next car!

The initial person we met seemed friendly and professional, but then we were brought to their inventory manager. This person was cold and dismissive. He started to discuss payment options before we agreed on a car or a price, and then when we tried to continue the discussion he literally closed his book and basically said our offer was not worth his time. Luckily we headed to another Subaru dealership in NJ where we were treated with respect, and got everything we asked for. (That was easy since we weren't asking for much). We're happily driving our car now.

Games games games ... they listed a car 2 weeks before it was ready and then listed the car for $3k more than originally advertised. Arrived to see the car had to wait 15 minutes to see a junior staff member that could not take me on a test drive. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for Alex, the manager, to see me. He was too busy closing a deal with another customer. I would not recommend this dealership.

From the second I reached out to Robert Wood, until the time I took my car home a mere three days later, I can't stress how easy and smooth a transaction this was. Everything was worked out via email so that when I arrived for my test drive, it was nothing but fun! There was no stress or problems what-so-ever. Alex went the extra mile for us. Chris took us on the best test drive and on pick up day was invaluable to me. He was patient and knew the ins and outs of the car. He spent a lot of time giving me tips and answering all of my questions. Mike was super efficient in handling the financial end. This is the way car buying should be .. A fun, exciting experience. There wasn't one second of drama. I have and will continue to recommend you guys to anyone who will listen. A huge Thank you for everything.
