Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Accommodating to customer needs and always answer the phone. No problem taking a test drive around the neighborhood prior to purchase. Online description of car was accurate. Bought a car from them last month and has been great so far.

Second time I’ve been to this location. This is the worst place to get your oil changed. I make an appointment the day before for a 9 AM oil change. I get there and Mark Blazejewicz tells me there is a 2 1/2 hour wait time. I made an appointment at 9 AM and I have to wait 2 1/2 hours that does not make sense to me at all. Then Mark has me chase him around go outside to look at my tires then he helps another customer in the meantime then he has me wait inside for him. He was completely erratic and not helpful at all. Almost like he had too much coffee or something. I don’t expect this poor level of service from Honda dealership. My other car is a BMW and I have no problem servicing it at all. Then Mark proceeds to explain why they are backed up, 
And the reason is that they sell other customers more service and then they get backed up and the customers with appointments have to wait. So appointments basically mean nothing at this dealership. Very disappointed will not be returning. 

If you’re reading this Mahwah Honda, please have one tech just doing oil changes to expedite this process. Wouldn’t that make sense?

EXCELLENT.  At Mahwah Honda service center they are wonderful, friendly and quick. I've never waited longer at all for my service to be done. Their new waiting room is comfortable,  and the coffee was real good to. They even had complimentary donuts and muffins while you wait. I drive all the way up there for any services I need because they are the best!

Nice people, good service and a pretty good waiting area with free wifi and donuts. I have scheduled few services and the got the job done in less than an hour. I highly recommend this place.
