I bought my Mini Cooper a few weeks ago and my experience was amazing. The name of my adviser is Tanya and I recommend her completely, she is a very energetic, patient person and really likes her job. She answered all my questions with great confidence and explained everything about the car. If you are thinking about buying a car, I recommend that she be your consultant since she is a very efficient and responsible person. The process was very fast, since she was always attentive to the documents. All prestige staff are very cooperative and they serve their clients very well. The facilities are incredible. I am very happy to have bought my car with them

Great experience leasing my new Mini.  Tanya Freeman was great to work with.  Extremely knowledgeable, great follow up but not at all pushy with the sales pitch.  Picking put the car today was simple and fast - more time for driving it!

Everyone at the dealership is super helpful! I worked with Tanya and she did everything she could to get me the best price and continues to check up on me to this day (a year later). I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a MINI.

I purchased a 2009 Mini for my daughter over a year ago.  It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car.  Terry was wonderful.  With all the other cars I have purchased once I left the dealership I never heard back from the salesman.  Terry calls me for my birthday, my husband's birthday & the anniversary of our purchase.

The Service Department is one of the best.  Brought the car in after a year for an oil change and was in & out so quickly.  With the weather getting colder I got a low tire warning.  I brought it in at lunch (without an appointment) no problem.  I love our mini & Prestige Mini of Ramsey!!!

Would defiantly buy another car there!

Update:  Just bought my second Mini a cooper this time.  Still in love with Mini!
