Todd Porter sent out a blanket email about their end of the year sale.  It seemed like your typical dealer "sale" where you come in and the vehicle you are looking for was just sold but they have many others you can choose from.  I've been through that one quite a few times.  Not the case here.  They did have a few to choose from, in fact I ended up purchasing  a different car than the one I was originally interested in but they did have all the cars in the flyer.  Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional.   Cadillac of Mahwah has it's act together when it comes to customer service.  They made me feel welcome and relaxed in what can be a stressful experience.  I'm sure we will be back when it comes time for our next purchase.  I couldn't be happier with my experience.

A pleasant smile, an amiable handshake and a benevolent demeanor was extended to me on 11/18/2017.  This set the tone for a magnanimous sales presentation by Todd Porter followed by an understandable, explanatory financial rundown by Joe Wilson.  I was especially grateful for their low-key, pressureless verbiage.  After signing for the 2017 Cadillac XT5, I was also impressed by the positive reaction on behalf of the rest of the sales staff and management.  An outstanding experience!!
They showed Industry, Integrity, Intelligence and Initiative.  It was less of a sales pitch and more of a friendly conversation.
I would be more than pleased to highly recommend Cadillac of Mahwah to all those who are interested in purchasing an automobile!!

Cadillac of Mahwah did a good job on my truck. They checked everything to make sure that my truck is in good shape.  Also, they washed my truck.   I'm pleased.

The service department is beautiful. The staff are professional, courteous, and timely. There is a very comfortable waiting area if you are having something done quickly.

This is my second vehicle purchased here. Very knowledgeable staff, excellent service support and wonderful all around experience. I would definitely have my friends and family buy here.
