Best experience Ever! Kelly was extremely helpful helping me with the purchase of my Sienna. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to not only answer all my questions, but show me my way around the vehicle. Too many apps I was not accustomed to. But her amazing customer service did not stop there; I informed her that my garage door opener was not communicating with the vehicle, moreover, her and Sam head over to my house on their DAY OFF to help me get that up and running.  I can never thank them enough for all the help they gave me and  Kelly for giving me such a great purchase experience. Will definitely recommend Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, NJ. You guys are the BEST!

Prestige Toyota treats their customers like their own family. Particularly, Raul Ceballos, was very friendly helpful, and informative.  He guided me through the whole entire process of choosing and purchasing a car.  At no point did I feel any pressure, which is important, and his honesty was refreshing.  I would absolutely recommend this dealer if one were thinking of leasing/ purchasing a car at Prestige Toyota. And I recommend seeing and talking to Raul as well.

What a great experience my family and I had leasing a Highlander last week!  Dave Amisson was so professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the features of the two models we were considering and was very helpful in making our final decision. Dave and Anson were especially helpful when we were unsure which color interior to choose and their advice was definitely the way to go. 

Dave was friendly, patient and we never felt pressured. We were impressed with the teamwork among all the employees we met. We absolutely love our Highlander!

I would not advise to use these guys.   The sales process was good, but they couldn't cut a check out for the sale of my car for  4 weeks.  The sales manager  kept changing the story on the "check in the mail" and was a jerk when I was trying to find out what is going on with its status.

I had a great shopping experience at Prestige Toyota , everyone was very helpful. Raul is very knowledgeable, he suggested me to  pick the Prius Prime instead of a Corolla because of my long commute and because it has all the features that I wanted. Thanks, everyone!
