DO NOT BUY A LANDROVER. Purchased a 2015 Land Rover Evoque. Engine completely failed and had to be replaced with under 50K miles on it. Returned it to me with a cut fluid line and had to go back in for service. The vehicle came to a complete stop, no warning lights NOTHING (the car was just in for regular service) while I was driving 45 mph. The car behind me luckily swerved into other lane. Could have been a disaster.

Been to school here many times thru the dealer...awsome teachers and cafeteria. Anyone who is trashing this place is someone who does not realize what this place truly is, a place to for us as dealer techs to learn the products and work on customer relations. We tru to strive for greatness in a world of cry babies. -Cheers

I have a 2004 HSE range rover that I fully enjoy the car and the drive, however, I think both local dealerships in MD & NC do not give good customer service at all. There service departments have a lot to be desired in the customer courtesy department. I think good customer service goes a long ways in appreciating everything about our vehicles. I also have also owned 2 Land Rover and as you can assume I have a long history with the company when I say its probably the worse customer service out of any other automobiles I have owned over the years including a long history with Mercedes Benz.

JLR is an amazing company but i would love to know how to contact them because I am a high school student pursuing college with a desire to work for Jaguar Land Rover North America in the future and I would like to know which colleges do they prefer and what I need to do and what are my chances? I hope maybe they will see this review. Jaguar Land Rover truly is an amazing car company !!!!!
