Good overall service experience. Made my appointment on line and Krystal was great to deal with as always. Serviced my car and it was not a long wait. One negative is I had to wipe multiple grease spots off the drivers door and handle when I got home.

Wife and I are extremely happy we visited Buick GMC of Mahwah. We had visited another dealer and were not happy with that sales group. At Mahwah we were met by Khaled and treated with cordiality and a fresh openness. We got a very good price, it was a quick, clean and fair deal and we never felt pressured, a welcomed change. Everyone connected with this dealership is top notch. Owners should be commended!

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Joe and the folks over at GMC of Mahwah. During our initial research, my wife and I checked out a couple different makes and models of vehicles before deciding on a 2018 Yukon. The experiences we had at other dealerships were DRASTICALLY different than that of GMC Of Mahwah. I had a dealership deceive me into coming in by running numbers on a car they didn't even have, then try to up-sell and switch me. I had another dealership that would call me every day, then when I finally caved and came in, the person OTP I was dealing with wasn't even a salesman. To make matters worse, the salesman I got made me go through the same process i went through with the girl on the phone, only proceed try and sell me something other than what was discussed initially with the associate prior. 

Enter GMC of Mahwah- Joe A. N. remembered us from the first purchase we made recalling details of the the meeting, knowing my wife's brothers etc. From the initial call to Joe to the appointment for a test drive all the way through the transaction, we were never rushed nor made to feel anything other than at home. We asked questions and either received answers or follow ups which lead to answers. We had a very specific need with our vehicle that pretty much eliminated some of the step up models in the Yukon line. Joe reviewed the trim levels very thoroughly and unlike the other places, he didn't try and shame us into a higher trim level. 100% classy through the entire process.

 From there we dealt with Joe N the Sales manager who offered the same level of empathy to our choice and reassured us that we were making the right call after LISTENING to our requirements and needs. He didn't play good cop / Bad cop with Joe A. N. and try and come in and hammer us. The expectations were set up from from all parties involved and we feel that we were offered a fair price off the bat. After some minor negotiating we came to an agreement and the deal was closed.

I came into the dealer ship 3 days later to take delivery of the vehicle. I was greeted my a woman at the door with a smile who offered assistance. Unlike the other places, once she found out I was already being assisted she didn't ignore me, she actually stayed with me until Joe A.N. came out. After finalizing some more paperwork I went in and sat with Cirilo. Cirilo took his time and explained all of the "legalese" and again i wasn't rushed in anyway. After the Technical Gentleman who's name is escaping me was on par with the rest of the staff to that point. he explained the techy stuff to me with without complicating the education process. 

From start to finish the process was painless and welcoming and I would highly recommend going to see my guy Joe A. N. and the rest of team over at GMC of Mahwah, you wont be disappointed!

Always a great experience at Buick of Mahwah.
Experienced and very friendly staff. They make sure you are taking care of. They take the extra time to assure everything is done right.

My 2011 Buick Lacrosse needed an oil change and the Serpentine Belt replaced. It was accomplished in a few hours. While they worked on the car I was driven home by Larry and continued to work from home. Krystle, the Service Manager,  was able to give me a competitive price to service the car. The service work and car are running great, thank you for a great experience. I will be bringing my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu in tomorrow for its 1st oil change and I am sure it will also be a great experience. Thanks Buick GMC of Mahwah!
