great customer service, as always Berlin City Toyota! I was promptly greeted but waited longer for my service manager to come over—they were exceedingly busy, so it was understandable. Nick greeted me warmly and explained what was going to be looked at. He showed me under the hood of my car the brake fluid and what to look for, as well as the air filters. He kept me in the loop with the progress and explained clearly what the recommendations were. He walked me out to my car at the end of the service appointment. I will continue to do business with Berlin City Toyota!

Jeff  Bishop was "TERRIFIC!!!!. Personable, Patient,  and kept me informed about the progress of my car's check-up.  (The computers evidently, "went down", which delayed the service time, however, Jeff made the "extra" effort to keep me informed of the process, and anticipated repair time.)  It was really nice to have the feedback and honesty about what the service, situation, was for my vehicle (2015 RAV4).  Jeff, is an "'exemplary" employee and should be recognized for his professionalism, compassion, honesty, patience, and conscientiousness, (which aren't usually attributes that are recognized in our present culture of computers and electronics) .  (My previous experience with, Cory Smith,  had been (equally, as impressive and appreciated.)  Our purchase of our two "new" vehicles, (in 2015, by Brady Blackman), was also a very satisfying experience.

My wife and I had a great experience while purchasing our new 2018 Toyota Tundra. We sat with Gabe and told him what we were looking for, and within minutes we were test driving the exact truck. After a few hassle free negotiations, Gabe presented us with a final number that was below our target and we are the proud new owners of a Tundra. It was my first time buying a new vehicle, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience then what Gabe provided for us.

Jonathan O. was very helpful and respectful during my time there.  I am the kind of person who knows what I am looking for essentially before I walk through the door.  So I would like to say thank you for making me feel at ease instead of apprehensive during the car buying process.  Jarred is alright too, for a finance guy...

Easy, from setting the appointment through picking up the vehicle(earlier than expected) the whole thing was easy.
Harold, my service rep was awesome. He explained what they would be doing quickly but thoroughly.
would give him 6 stars if I could.
