A while back I decided to build my first computer. I drove a hour to Micro Center, I told them I was a first time builder and had a list of parts I wanted to use. They assigned me a knowledgeable sales person to help me find everything I needed. He also made some suggestions that made a big difference in helping me build a computer. I’m happy to report that with that help, I was able to go home and build the computer in a day. That was a lot faster than I expected and it was because of the help and advice I received as part of the buying experience! I have been back since for other purchases, and have always found the sales people to be helpful and knowledgeable. They will price match, but their prices are usually great already. They have a vast amount of inventory too. And if there’s something specialized you need, then they can order it for you. If you need computer parts, you are better off going to Micro Center rather than buying from some other online only retailer. It’s a better overall experience in many ways. And my first computer is still running great over a year later.

Love Micro center,  and I ONLY go to Charles when purchasing PCs for the company I work for. He understands our needs,  finds me exactly what I'm looking for and has my items you front for me ready to go. Last visit I spent right at $2k and the manager gave me his card while he watched me and another female coworker loading 6 monitors, 3 PCs, and other odds and ends in our SUV. I wasn't happy he took the time to bring me his card,  but couldn't so much as offer to take the loading cart back in! But you can't win em all I guess! I've been coming here for years,  and that experience doesn't change the dozens of others that were great. I just can't give a 5 star rating b/c I think if you spend that much you should have a little help loading your car. Otherwise - I love Micro Center and I love that I always have Charles as a go-to for our tech needs. High 5 to Charles and Micro Center for keeping true to what you've always been... Great selection, great prices, convenient, fast checkouts, email & print receipt options, easy to navigate website, fully stocked sales floor and fair when an issue arises. I'll be back soon! Always am  👊☺

I did my research before coming and I made plenty of notes. Naturally, I left my notes at home. Jade greeted me, engaged me and I told her I left my notes at home. I told her what I needed and this young lady did 8 computer comparisons to help me find what I was looking for. Then her Manager Andrew greeted me and he shook my hand. They both greeted my son... I'm still impressed. If only every place I spent money at treated me this well. Thank you Jade!

Hats off to Lance in Tech Support!  If you have an issue with your Apple, Lance is the Guy!

A competitor had written off my daughter's an old Mac book along with its data.  The data was actually the most important element in the mix.  I did not even consider trying to revive the old Mac book because I had already gone through weeks of "back and forth" with the competitor.  (In fact, I did not even bring the computer with me on my initial visit to Micro Center, as I was simply seeking to restore the data to a backup drive.  Lance offered to take a quick look at the Mac book, so I drove back home to get it.)  

No exaggeration, in about 3 hours Lance had accomplished the following...
- safely restored the data
- re-installed the hard drive to the old Mac book 
- restored the data back to the Mac book (yes the one that the competitor had written off)

My daughter was able to retrieve her data files, thus saving her many days of work.   Yes, she has already backed up the most important files as of this writing.

I suspect foul play of upper management back-dooring highly limited items. We met all prerequisites to purchase video cards which meant 2 per household, according to our driver license’s and we were all denied the ability to purchase. All the other employees on floor told us we were fine and even held our items at the front; however, a manager wouldn’t let us check out and could not elaborate as to why besides “You just can’t”. Extremely disappointed in the customer service skills from a “manager”. We needed these parts for our job and now we we’re being delayed and missing out on opportunities to make money. How would you feel if someone did that to you? They restock pretty often and he had the audacity to come back NEXT MONTH for the next restock.
