Rudest staff on planet earth. I am a micro center customer. On one side micro center guys runs with you to make sure you don’t leave the store without finding your product. Best Buy staff will not talk to you even if you run after them. They simply don’t want to talk to customers.

Best buy is where dreams comes true. There is no words to explain the excitement of purchasing all those dreams with a flexible way to pay it back within a year or two years and pay as low as 25 dollars a month or get 5 % back in rewards. Best buy is the place to buy those electronic needs and have your home connected with you and working for you.

Don't ever try and call this store. You can live 2 hrs from the store and still make it there and back before someone answers the phone. And if your lucky and they do answer before it auto hangs up on you then they transfer you to another department that won't answer... honestly I believe you have a better chance at winning the lotto then just getting your call answered. Oh and when you win the phone call lotto half the time they can't answer a simple question. This is why best buy is a failing company.

Stopped in for a tv. Easy to find and see their selection. Standard Best Buy, friendly workers. I was also asked if I needed assistance carrying my purchase to my car.

Just had to exchange a defective phone for another, and the staff and management could not have been nicer or more helpful.  The exchange was quick, no hassle, no drama, and expertly done.  I appreciate the Best Buy crew!
