I purchased a used ASUS Notebook from this business within the last 2 to 3 years. It was operating Windows 10 Pro that was installed by this business. The machine came new with Windows 8.1 Home. I am now getting an error message that my license is about to expire. Microsoft tells me that I must drop back to the original system before I can re-install Win 10. I called this business this morning to see if they could assist me in any way. Instead the business person asked me how old I was and starting raving at me when I asked him why he needed my age. I told him I would come by with the police but have decided that it's not worth the effort. The bottom line is that this business resorted to such childish behavior instead of attempting to assist me to resolve their mistake. I cannot recommend this business for any used computer or electronic devices. BEWARE

Brought a MacBook Pro from this place and it suppose to come with a "30 day warranty". Don't be fooled. 10 days in having it, I got a service battery alert indicator. Computer cuts off at 50% and doesn't come back on unless I plug it up. Took it in and the man said we don't replace batteries under the warranty. Even if I purchased it 10 days ago. So I asked him how much would it be to get a new one installed. He said just leave it how it is. I will never buy anything else from them and you shouldn't either. It's not worth the hassle.

They sold me a MacBook Pro 15’ by the time I got home it started acting funny and next thing I know the screen went out and now it will not come on at all.. smh. Not a good place at all!! DONT BE FOOLED!! They are trash

Bought a used MacBook pro. I had them increase it to 12gb of RAM. Their tech damaged the Bluetooth radio, so I cannot use any Bluetooth devices. When speaking with the owner on the phone, suddenly his English isn't so good. I had planned to buy more, but not now
