Organized to create confusion. All I wanted was a Solid State Drive. Had to ask someone to find it. Find the one I want and they don't sell the cable needed to connect it. Wasted trip, which is what I have come to expect from Best Buy. This is a store for your grandma to buy a good computer for sharing pictures it is not a store for anyone born after 1980.

I come to this best buy for everything, just about always stocked with what I'm looking for (video games, electronics, movies, cell phones etc). My only gripe is that there are times where it can be difficult to get a some help in store, it's best to order online and pick up.

Great Store Service

Good service at store,  I got good help and fast check out. Very clean store, friendly staff and freedom to shop around.

Good service at store,  but via phone and email it's poor.
I got good help and fast check out, but I hit the button for email receipt
so I did not get one at the store.  Got home and no receipt on email, although they did send me an email to join the rewards club.  So I called and waited on hold 10-15 min before the call center answered.  Then a bunch more time trying to get them to figure out what happened, and I am on hold again.  I don't know how this will turn out eventually but it's a been a time consuming pain thus far.

A man in Geek Squad honestly tried to sell me a garbage laptop with no dedicated graphics card as I repeatedly told him how much of an avid gamer I was. None of the employees ringing me up asked how I would like to be refunded, causing a major delay in ordering a much better laptop. Thanks, guy.
