I had an awful experience dealing with the delivery of a recliner that I purchased in the Frederick area. I ended up never getting the chair. I went to the store twice, once on Black Friday when the systems went down but they used the backup machine to ring me up. I never got a call on Sunday to confirm delivery. When I get in touch with the store they said the order never went through and I tried to go back that Monday to get the chair. I believe it was Brad who finalized the sale. I had a delivery set up again for 12/6/2016. I never got the chair. Brad or whoever the manager was claimed they called me twice to say the chair is OUT OF STOCK. I never received a call or voicemail from this store. WHY SELL ME A CHAIR THAT IS OUT OF STOCK AND DISCONTINUED. The night before I got the call confirming the delivery. It was constant lies and excuses for why I didn't get the chair. This was by far the worst experience I had with a store. I will no longer be going to HHGREGG!!!!!!!!!
