Out of lots of stock.  Not a lot of folks helping, but it did not take too long to find someone.  The store is nicely done, and does not have "pinch points" in the traffic.  Quick checkout.  Not the best Best Buy in Tucson, but not too bad.

We're from out of town, went for black Friday sales, very long lines but found items I wanted quickly. Staff was friendly and tried to be as efficient as possible considering the sales day and lots of people. They had alot of registers open and staff was helping you to find things and get you rung up as quick as they could. Staff was smiling,helping and thanking you through out the whole store. I was very impressed and grateful.

Best Buy has done a pretty impressive job with its adaptation to the retail environment in recent years. With the dominating trend of online shopping now becoming mainstream, retailers have suffered greatly and those still around exhibited adaptive management techniques which have saved what's left of brick-and-mortar shopping. The interior of this Best Buy is well laid out and accommodating two the multitude of current electronic consumer needs. The sales floor is well-marked well-staffed and clearly labeled with signage to steer the consumer to the right area of Interest. The staff are well trained clean cut and articulate in the field they are representing. I would recommend this particular store above any other in Tucson. It's expensive well laid out and literally has everything you might need.

Every person I have had the opportunity to speak to has been very knowledgeable about the questions I am asking.  If a person doesn't know they're also not afraid to admit that and find you the right person.

We think the young man's name was Eli.  He worked for Apple.  He was very knowledgeable about the iPad Pro.  He was able to answer every question that we asked him.  We would be very happy to go back and buy anything from him.
