Good service and best selection of appliances. I went to several stores including Lowes and Home depot, both had limited selection and much lower quality.  I found a high end dishwasher at Best Buy.  The salesman, Jesse Thomas, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. No salesperson at Home Deport ever asked me, "can I help you", they never even approached me. In contrast,  I had immediate service at Best Buy , 5plus stars!!!

Great selection. Very knowledgeable employees. Prices are a little high on this you catch the good sales though. I make a purchase from a Best Buy store once every about 3 years. I buy Electronics multiple times a year.

Best Buy has always had good customer service, but my experience last week moved it from good to great! I bought a Wenger backpack at Best Buy two years ago, which I was only willing to pay for because of the three year warranty, but when the zipper broke last week, I couldn't find the receipt I needed to get the replacement. Reluctantly, I returned to Best Buy to get another one, and when they heard my story, they pulled up my account information and printed the receipt. Thank you Geek Squad!

This place is always so much fun to look at and enjoy all the products. I love the clearance tables too. The staff is so much help especially when i ask them if they have an item but aren't sure if they do or not.

Very helpful staff!  We went to buy a bigger Air Fryer and they had a lot of knowledge!  Also, looked at Tv's and they were helpful and honest.  Went home with more than the air fryer!
